Veronica Knox has a fine art degree in painting and art history, and has written several screenplays and seven novels, including historical fantasy, women's fiction, literary fiction, paranormal romance, and the first in a series of middle-grade (age ten to twelve) time-slip series.

Her work in progress is a science-fiction fantasy with art historical themes. Although her books have won no formal awards, 'Adoration' is presently under consideration as a fund raiser for the Uffizi Gallery in Florence where Botticelli's 'Adoration' painting is installed.
